1. General Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the baazi life platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. This platform is open only to individuals aged 18 or older; registration by minors is strictly prohibited. Users accessing the service from regions of Bangladesh where online gaming is not legally permitted do so at their own risk. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the platform after any amendment will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with any of the terms, please stop using the platform.

2. Account Registration & Personal Responsibility

Each user may open only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. It is entirely your own responsibility to keep your login password and personal information secure. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited, and in such cases, the user bears full liability for any resulting losses. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

3. Deposit, Withdrawal & Transaction Policy

All deposit and withdrawal transactions will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through our designated payment methods. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the specified timeframe after the verification process is complete. We follow KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures to prevent money laundering and may request additional information for identity verification when necessary. We reserve the right to correct any erroneous transactions resulting from technical errors or system failures. In the case of transactions that violate our rules, withdrawals may be suspended while the account is under investigation.

4. Fair Play Rules & Prohibited Activities

Our primary goal is to ensure a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players on the baazi life platform. The use of bots, automated software, or any form of fraudulent tactics is strictly prohibited. Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts, collusion, or game manipulation will result in permanent account closure. If any technical vulnerability or bug is identified, reporting it to us immediately is mandatory; attempting to exploit it is a punishable offense. We monitor all gaming activity and reserve the right to conduct investigations when suspicious patterns are detected.

5. Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

Each bonus and promotional offer has its own wagering requirements, which must be read carefully before accepting. Bonuses may only be used within a specified time period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically. A user may not benefit from the same promotion more than once. 6. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close accounts without notice in the following circumstances: violation of terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, suspicion of money laundering, or provision of false information. The balance of a suspended account will be placed on hold until the investigation is complete. If a user wishes to close their own account, please contact the support team and withdraw all valid balances beforehand. As part of responsible gaming, users may also activate a temporary self-exclusion at any time. After an account is closed, attempting to open a new account under the same person's name is prohibited.

7. Dispute Resolution & Contact

If you have any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first; we aim to provide an initial response within 72 hours. baazi life's decision shall be final in the resolution of all disputes, though we always follow a fair and transparent process. You may submit a complaint via email, and including screenshots or supporting evidence will help expedite the resolution. For disputes relating to gaming outcomes, server logs will be considered the definitive reference. We believe that any issue can be resolved through open communication, and our team is always here for you.
